It is difficult to see the city with fresh eyes when it is more than just a place,  it is home. The mundane unfolds here. The same roads are traversed day after day, over and over again.

I often find myself wondering if there are still new paths left to uncover. Sometimes, I question whether there is even a purpose in bringing my camera out. Yet for the rare moments where I find even the slightest sliver of hope, it is worth it.
